Online returns are accepted within 15 days of the receipt date for an exchange or store credit. Any returns following 15 days may be denied.
Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached.
No exchanges or store credits will be accepted on any jewelry due to it changing colors, changing your skin color, or natural ‘wear and tear’.
All of the products we sell and promote we stand behind 100%, however, we are not able to grant an exchange or store credit on any items that meet this criteria. Certain metals, over time, do have a tendency, in some instances, to alter slightly in color or variation due to the metal itself. Its contact with water, soap or natural oils in the skin against the metal, sunlight, or oxygen are some causes that create the color variation.
SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return/refund/exchange/store credit.
**Shipping fees will not reimbursed for returned purchases.**
All returns must meet the following requirements:
Product must be returned within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Product must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
Footwear must include the original shoe box, in its original condition.
When an item is returned, shipping charges are not refunded. You are responsible for the costs of shipping any item back to Brevado.
How should I send my purchases back for a refund?
Neatly repackage your items with receipt or order that came with your purchase.
Send back your return to us (at your expense) to the address below, using any traceable mail (tracking number) method desired:

Should you need an item exchanged for a different size, please email us at email@example.com to check/hold the correct size.
If your return arrives in the 15-day return window and meets the guidelines above, your store credit will be issued in the form of a Brevado gift card.
We will send a refund confirmation as soon as the return is processed.
